How Our Network Works
Ask a provider your questions
Who You Will Talk To
When you reach out to Divinestories Walk-In Tubs, we pass your request to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local business, and it is the one that visits your home, gives the quote and does the work. Divinestories Walk-In Tubs is the introduction, nothing more.
Request a callback to check provider availability in your area. Times and hours vary by provider.
What a Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider see the job before the visit.
- What type of project are you thinking about: a walk-in tub, a conversion or a walk-in shower?
- What is in the bathroom now, and about how big is the room?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat, a wide door or grab bars?
- Is the bathroom upstairs, on the main floor or near a basement?
- Do you have photos or measurements?
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Write your own list, and add these:
- Will you give me a written quote that lists every part of the job?
- Which tasks are yours, and which could I handle, such as clearing the room or taking photos?
- How do you handle plumbing, drains and electrical work?
- What happens to the old tub or fixtures?
- Can you describe what the warranty covers and for how long?
- How long might the work take, and how much of the bathroom will be out of use?
Where You Can Help, and Where You Should Not
You can clear the room, move towels and rugs, take photos and note measurements. Leave the plumbing, electrical work, wall removal and heavy lifting to professionals. They have the tools and training, and a mistake behind a wall can be costly.
You Stay in Charge
You decide whether to move ahead. You can compare quotes, ask for time and say no. There is no obligation to hire any provider we introduce.
