Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you rely on anything at divinestories.world. It is a general template and not legal advice.

We Make Introductions Only

Divinestories Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Divinestories Walk-In Tubs.

An Introduction Is Not an Endorsement

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promises about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work or products, or about whether a provider can serve your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Health Matters

Nothing on this website is medical or health advice. Product features are described in general terms only. We do not claim that any tub, shower or feature will prevent injury or improve a health condition. If you wonder how to bathe safely with a health or mobility condition, talk with a qualified health professional.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they shift with the product, the bathroom, the materials and the scope of work. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work begins.

Insurance, Programs and Financing

We cannot say whether an insurance plan, government program or other source will help pay for a project. Nothing here promises coverage or funding, so contact the plan or program directly. Any financing comes from the provider or a third party, on their terms.

How We Are Paid

Divinestories Walk-In Tubs may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We work to keep this information correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-proof.
