We want everyone who reaches out to Divinestories Walk-In Tubs to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep written notes.

Still, we would like to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Divinestories Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.

Sending Your Concern

Email contact@divinestories.world and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may involve contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not resolve things, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
